Terms of Service
Craft Anchor runs this website. When you see "we," "us," or "our" anywhere on the site, that's us talking. We're offering everything here—all the information, tools, and services—to you, but only if you accept all the terms, conditions, and policies listed below. By just visiting the site or buying something from us, you're using our Service and agreeing to follow the terms and conditions laid out here (we call it our "Terms of Service"). That includes anything else we link to or reference. These terms apply to everyone: browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, anyone contributing content. Take time to read through these before you get started. If you use any part of the site, you're bound by what's here. Don't agree with something? Then you can't use the site or access any services. If we're making an offer, it's only under these exact terms. New features and tools get added sometimes, and they'll be covered by these terms too. You can check the current version anytime on this page. We might update, change, or replace parts of these terms by posting changes to the website. It's on you to check back periodically. If you keep using the site after we post changes, you're accepting them.
SECTION 1 - ONLINE STORE TERMS
By agreeing to these terms, you're confirming you're at least the legal age in your area, or that you're of legal age and you've given us permission for any minors in your household to use this site. Don't use our products for anything illegal or unauthorized. When you use the Service, don't break any laws where you live—copyright laws included. Don't send us worms, viruses, or anything destructive. If you break or violate any of these terms, your access stops immediately.
SECTION 2 - GENERAL CONDITIONS
We can refuse service to anyone, anytime, for any reason. Your content (not including credit card info) might travel unencrypted across different networks and get adjusted to work with whatever devices or systems you're connecting through. Credit card information always stays encrypted when it moves between networks. You can't reproduce, copy, duplicate, sell, or resell any part of the Service. No using it or accessing it without written permission from us. The section headings here are just for convenience and don't limit what these terms actually say.
SECTION 3 - ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS AND TIMELINESS OF INFORMATION
We're not responsible if the information on this site isn't accurate, complete, or up to date. The stuff we post here is general information only. Don't rely on it alone for important decisions—check other sources that are more current or detailed. Using our information is your own risk. Some of what's here is historical, which by definition isn't current. We're just providing it for reference. We can change what's on this site whenever we want, but we don't have to update everything. You're responsible for keeping an eye on what changes.
SECTION 4 - MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES
Product prices can change without any warning. We can modify or shut down the Service (or parts of it) anytime, without notice. We won't be liable to you or anyone else for price changes, modifications, pauses, or discontinuation of the Service.
SECTION 5 - PRODUCTS OR SERVICES (if applicable)
Some products and services are only available online through this site. Stock is limited, and returns or exchanges follow our Return Policy. We try hard to show accurate colors and images of what we're selling. We can't promise your monitor will display them exactly right though. We have the right to limit sales to certain people, areas, or regions, and we'll decide that case by case. We can limit how much of any product or service we sell. Product descriptions and prices can change anytime without notice, at our discretion. We might stop carrying something whenever we want. Any offer on this site is void where it's not allowed by law. We're not guaranteeing that products or services will meet your expectations, or that we'll fix every error in the Service.
SECTION 6 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We can turn down any order. We might limit quantities per person, per household, or per order—including orders on the same account, with the same card, or using the same billing and shipping address. If we change or cancel an order, we'll try to reach you at the email or phone number you gave us. We can also block orders that look like they're coming from dealers or resellers. Make sure the information you provide when ordering is current, complete, and correct. Keep your account and details updated, including your email and credit card info, so we can finish your purchases and get in touch when needed. Check our Returns Policy for more.
SECTION 7 - OPTIONAL TOOLS
We might give you access to third-party tools that we don't monitor, control, or have input on. You're getting them "as is" and "as available" with no warranties, representations, or conditions of any kind. We're not endorsing them. We're not liable for anything that comes from using these tools. Using optional tools from the site is entirely your call. Make sure you're comfortable with the terms the third-party provider sets up. Down the road, we might offer new services or features (including new tools and resources). Those will follow these same terms.
SECTION 8 - THIRD-PARTY LINKS
Some content, products, and services come from third parties. Third-party links might take you to sites we're not connected with. We're not responsible for checking their content or accuracy. We're not liable for anything on those sites or for anything they sell or offer. We're not liable for harm from anything you buy, use, or get from third-party websites. Read their policies carefully before you do business with them. If you have complaints or questions about their stuff, contact them directly.
SECTION 9 - USER COMMENTS, FEEDBACK AND OTHER SUBMISSIONS
If you send us submissions (like contest entries) or creative ideas, suggestions, or plans—whether by email, mail, or online—we can use them anytime. We can edit, copy, publish, translate, or use them however we want in any format. We don't have to keep them private, pay you for them, or even respond. We might remove content we think is unlawful, offensive, threatening, defamatory, pornographic, or violates someone's rights or these terms. We're not required to do it, but we can. You're promising your submissions don't violate anyone's rights—copyright, trademark, privacy, or anything else. You're also promising they don't contain anything abusive, obscene, or any malware that could mess with the Service. Don't use a fake email, pretend to be someone else, or mislead us. You're responsible for what you submit and whether it's accurate. We don't take responsibility for anything you or anyone else posts.
SECTION 10 - PERSONAL INFORMATION
Your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy at craftanchor.com.
SECTION 11 - ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS
You might find typos, mistakes, or missing information on the site—in product descriptions, pricing, shipping costs, delivery times, or availability. We can fix any of that and update information or cancel orders without warning if something's wrong (even after you've submitted). We don't have to update, change, or clarify information unless the law requires it. Just because something hasn't been refreshed recently doesn't mean everything is out of date.
SECTION 12 - PROHIBITED USES
Beyond what's already in these terms, you can't use the site for anything unlawful or to get others to do unlawful things. Don't violate local, state, federal, or international laws. Don't infringe on our intellectual property or anyone else's. Don't harass, abuse, defame, or discriminate based on gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, race, age, national origin, or disability. Don't post false information. Don't upload viruses or malicious code. Don't collect people's personal information, spam, phish, or scrape the site. Don't use it for obscene purposes or to mess with the security of the Service or any other website. We can shut down your access if you violate any of this.
SECTION 13 - DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES; LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Service might have interruptions, delays, or errors. We can't promise it'll be secure or problem-free. The results you get from using it might not be accurate. We can take the Service down for as long as we need to or cancel it anytime without telling you. You're using the Service at your own risk. Everything we provide through it comes "as is" and "as available" with no warranties or guarantees, express or implied—no promises about fitness for a particular purpose, quality, or anything else. We, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, suppliers, or service providers won't be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages. That includes lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, replacement costs, or anything similar, whether from contract, negligence, strict liability, or anything else. This covers any damage from using the Service or anything you buy through it, even if we warned you it was possible. Some places don't allow limits on liability, so in those places, our liability is limited as much as the law allows.
SECTION 14 - INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to cover Craft Anchor, our parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, service providers, suppliers, and employees against any claim or demand (including reasonable legal fees) from a third party if it comes from you breaking these terms or violating any law or someone's rights.
SECTION 15 - SEVERABILITY
If any part of these terms turns out to be unlawful or unenforceable, it'll still be enforced as much as the law allows. That one part being invalid doesn't affect the rest of the agreement.
SECTION 16 - TERMINATION
Obligations and liabilities from before termination stick around after it ends. These terms are active until one of us ends them. You can stop anytime by telling us you don't want our Services anymore or just by leaving the site. If we think you've broken these terms or aren't following them, we can end this agreement immediately without notice. You'll still owe anything due up until that point, and we can block your access.
SECTION 17 - ENTIRE AGREEMENT
If we don't enforce something in these terms, that doesn't mean we've given up the right to enforce it later. These terms, along with any policies or rules we post on the site, make up the whole agreement between us. They replace anything you and I discussed or agreed to before, whether spoken or written. If there's any confusion about what these terms mean, we're not reading them against whoever wrote them.
SECTION 18 - GOVERNING LAW
These terms and any agreements where we provide Services are governed by the laws of Nova Scotia, Canada.
SECTION 19 - CHANGES TO TERMS OF SERVICE
You can find the current version of these terms on this page anytime. We can update, change, or replace parts of these terms by posting changes to the site. Check back periodically to see what's new. If you keep using the site or Service after we post changes, you're accepting them.
SECTION 20 - CONTACT INFORMATION
Send questions about these terms to info@craftanchor.pro
